Huawei Launches New Smartphone, the Pura 70 Series, Offering Four Models: Pura 70, Pura 70 Pro, Pura 70 Pro Plus, and the Flagship Pura 70 Ultra.
Despite sharing similar specifications with the Pura 70 Pro Plus, the Pura 70 Ultra stands out with its unique design and photography capabilities.
The Huawei Pura 70 Ultra features a vegan leather back design with a retractable camera lens.
Its camera module adopts a distinctive triangular shape, with three cameras positioned in a zig-zag pattern, forming an arbitrary triangle.

The main highlight is the largest camera sensor, a 50 MP 1-inch sensor, equipped with a mechanical lens that automatically retracts and extends when needed.
Huawei claims that the mechanical lens mechanism is durable, capable of enduring 300,000 cycles of opening and closing.
In a demo video, a telescopic lens rotates with a complex motor structure, providing a slim profile while accommodating the 1-inch sensor. When the lens extends, it enhances light absorption, resulting in brighter and sharper images.
This mechanism mirrors the functionality found in professional DSLR, mirrorless, and other digital cameras.
The main 50 MP camera on the Pura 70 Ultra offers an aperture range from f/1.6 to f/4.0 and a focal length of 22.5 mm.
To support fast-moving subjects, Huawei introduces a new XD Motion engine, enabling the camera to capture objects moving at speeds of up to 360 kilometers per hour.
Additionally, the device features a telephoto 50 MP camera (f/2.1) with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and 3.5x optical zoom (90 mm focal length), which doubles as a macro camera, capable of capturing objects from as close as 5 cm.
The third camera is an ultrawide 40 MP camera with a focal length of approximately 13 mm.
Huawei enhances its AI photo cloud capabilities, allowing users to remove objects from photos, enhance images, and more.
